Thanksgiving 2026 Pre-Order Terms — Deposits, Pickup and Refunds

These terms apply to Thanksgiving pre-orders placed at holiday.nybutcher.com for pickup at a participating New York Butcher Shoppe location. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Turkey deposits. Each turkey is reserved with a deposit of $50.00, paid online when you order. The deposit holds a turkey in your chosen size range at your chosen shop. The deposit is non-refundable. It is credited in full toward the price of your turkey at pickup.

2. Price by weight. You reserve a size range, not an exact weight. Your turkey is weighed at pickup and priced at $7.99 per pound if wet-brined, or $5.99 per pound if you chose no brine. The price is the weight multiplied by that rate, less your $50 deposit, plus any applicable sales tax. You pay this balance at the counter. 

3. Sides. Side dishes are sold at the fixed price shown and paid in full online.

4. Pickup. Orders are collected at the shop you chose, on Tuesday, November 24 or Wednesday, November 25, 2026, on the date you selected. Please bring your order confirmation. Orders must be placed by Monday, November 23, 2026 at 5:00 pm. [confirm] pickup hours at each shop.

5. All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded once placed, and deposits and payments for sides are not refunded. To add items, please place another order.

6. Orders not collected. An order that isn't collected by the end of Wednesday, November 25, 2026 shall have the deposit and any payment for sides forfeited.

7. If we can't fulfill your order.  A full refund of the deposit and any amount paid for the affected items will be issued.

8. Sales tax. Sales tax is charged where it applies, based on your pickup shop. The tax shown at checkout is an estimate; the amount on your receipt is final.
